Photo Replacements
Students who have changed their given name(s) and/or gender identity through the University of Guelph can update their photo free of charge (Optional)
Once you have changed your name/gender identity with Enrollment Services, please email idcard@uoguelph.ca with the following information:
- Your Legally Changed Name (First, Last Name)
- Student Number
- Updated Picture
Once we receive this information, we will send you an email confirmation when your card is ready for pickup.
For any other photo replacement requests, students will be subjected to a $30 fee.
