Campus Card Distribution
The following details are specific to Fall 2025 students.
Students Living in Residence (On-Campus)
All students living in residence will receive their Campus Card at their assigned residence building upon check-in. Please bring a photo ID for verification purposes upon pickup.
Residence students will not be able to access their buildings or meal plan without their Campus Card.
In order to receive your Campus Card, students must complete all necessary requirements, including submitting a photo and uploading supporting documentation before the submission deadline.
In case you did not receive your student card during move-in, please visit the campus card office to collect it in person.
Students Living Off-Campus
If you are collecting your Campus Card during the long weekend
Option 1: University Centre (UC) Pickup
We’ll be set up in the main courtyard of the UC on the following dates:
- Friday, August 29th: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday, August 30th: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Option 2: Campus Card Office
If you can’t make it to the UC, you can visit the Campus Card Office during these hours, we are located in the University Centre, Level 0, Room 008.
- Thursday, August 28th: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday, August 31st: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Monday, September 1st: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
You’re welcome to pick up your card earlier, on, or anytime after the first day of classes, whichever is most convenient for you.

If you have not yet completed all the steps, please visit the Campus Card website to submit your documents and photos so we can generate your card. Please anticipate wait times and potential delays.
